The location was tranquil and ideal, just next door to a farm in the hills behind Richmond. We were only 15 minutes drive to Willance's Leap.

Liked the place, had a pleasant stay for 3 nights. It had local food, excellent and efficient staff. The rooms were all excellent sized and beautifully decorated with comfortable bed. A microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge were a nice touch.

This place was just what we had hoped for, totally recommend. We had a very lovely stay for 3 nights. the junior suite was excellent sized and we loved it. the continental breakfast was wonderful and had lots of meals. the hotel's location was unbeatable and excellent for exploring the Lake District.

I loved waking up to the sound of baa-ing sheep and the friendly 3-legged cat made my stay even more special.
